We hope you are as excited as we are for this year’s upcoming Stotesbury Cup Regatta. 2018 marks the 92nd year in which The Schuylkill Navy will conduct this time-honored tradition, and we can’t wait to welcome our rowers and their fans to the banks of the Schuylkill. Be sure to pass along this email to other athletes, parents, and friends so that they, too, can stay up-to-date on the latest news!
ENTRY PASSES AND SWAG, OH MY!
The limited available space on Kelly Drive during #Stotes Weekend is reserved for Coaches and Regatta Staff (and our awesome crew of volunteers !). Sign up HERE to snag one of the coveted Entry Passes (and have a ton of fun on race weekend while working with our incredible team of volunteers).

TEAM TENTS AND CHUCKWAGONS
If you have not yet registered for your team’s Chuckwagon Permit or rented Tent, ensure you do so by May 7 by clicking the links here.
IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR ALL CHUCKWAGONS AND TENTS
All Chuckwagons MUST have a Permit.
NEW THIS YEAR: Attendees of the PSRA City Championship may pick up the Chuckwagon Permit on-site on May 5 or 6.
All other Chuckwagon Permits will be available in the Registration Tent in the Stotesbury Village starting Thursday at 2:30 pm.
All Chuckwagons must be brought to the race venue from 2:30 pm through 11 pm on Thursday. Tow Vehicles will not require an Entry Pass during this window.

PRE-PAY (AND PRINT TICKETS) FOR REGATTA PARKING
As return visitors to Stotesbury know, ONLY Coaches and Regatta Staff and Volunteers have access to Kelly Drive on Friday and Saturday (along with the pre-Permitted Chuckwagons).
All other vehicles are parked within Fairmount Park, via Philadelphia Parks and Recreation’s preferred partners Standard Parking. All spectators are invited to PRE-PAY FOR THEIR REGATTA PARKING BY CLICKING HERE.
Ample Stotes Shuttles and Stotes Trams will again be available to move spectators from offsite parking and deliver food items to team tents from the Welcome Gate “Drop” area.
SATURDAY SUPER-PASS TICKETS
A very limited number of Entry Passes for the Kelly Drive Enclosure (for Saturday-Only) will also be available for purchase on May 5. MORE INFORMATION TO COME
