ACME Markets – STILL DELIVERING TO COOPER RIVER

Dear Stotesbury Parents, Coaches and Community:

With the change in venue, ACME Markets is still delivering to Stotesbury at Cooper River Park. Remember that shopping options for all your regatta needs are provided by Regatta Partner ACME Markets

Advance orders for Ice and Water via the online ACME water shop site are no longer available. However, tomorrow (Thursday), ACME will be fully operational selling ice and water in the Parent Tent Gravel Parking Lot (now known as Tent City). You can order on-site and pick up on Friday morning. They even have golf carts so you don’t have to lug it to your tents. And you will be able to purchase water and ice all day Friday and Saturday. Cash or credit cards accepted. Their location in the lot is closest to Park Blvd.

• For other food staples (burgers, rolls, condiments, snacks, etc.) and plates, cups, utensils and other regatta needs you can shop and place your school’s order on ACME’s online shop. Click on https://stotesburycupregatta.com/acme/ to get ALL the information you need do your online shopping, place your order, and enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered by Instacart directly to the Regatta at ACME Shop in the Stotesbury Village in the Grandstand Parking Lot.
• You can pre-order all items except ice and water (which must be pre-ordered through the online ice and water store as described above) and catering (see below).
• ACME staff at the regatta can help you move your order to your tent.

• For catering, the Maple Shade and Westmont (Haddon Twp) ACME Markets will be fulfilling regatta hospitality needs. These two stores will honor the $10 off coupon below. Orders, payment and pickup of catering must be made at these locations to get these one-time savings.

Regatta Sponsor Rothman Institute Provides Medical Tent in Athletes Village

Rothman is the official orthopedic partner of the Schuylkill Navy and the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers.  In addition, Rothman treats the athletic programs of several participating Stotesbury schools.

This year, Rothman Institute will have a medical tent to service competitors in central Athletes Village next to Regatta Headquarters. Rothman trainers are there for athletes with ice, tape, and expert handling of issues like soreness and other medical concerns.
