Registration Details
Competitor information for the 100th Stotesbury Cup Regatta, presented by Toyota.
All registration is done online at Regatta Central. Please review the notes below for special Stotesbury requirements.
If you complete your waivers online and pay by credit card on RegattaCentral when you complete your entries, you are done. No further action is needed.
If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us to set up check payment. Please make checks payable to "Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia," and mail the Team Invoice and a check in time for delivery no later than Monday, May 4, to the address on the invoice.
Fees are non-refundable after registration.
On-site Check-In / Coaches & Competitors Meeting
Entry Information
Entry information, including Bow and Back Numbers, for each team will be provided in a packet at the time of check-in. The coach or team representative should check and verify the entries and boats for his/her school. All substitutions and scratches must be reported at Check-In. All bow numbers must be returned.
An Entry Pass is NOT required on Thursday. PLEASE NOTE: No vehicles (except Team Chuckwagons with an affixed Permit) may remain overnight on Kelly Drive. Vehicles (even those with Entry Passes) left on Kelly Drive overnight on Thursday will be towed.
Chuckwagons
Chuckwagons may begin to arrive at 3:30 pm (except those who have received Early Arrival Privileges for 2:00 pm by signing and returning a Schuylkill Navy Green Sustainability Pledge).
Registration Requirements
Team Rosters
We do not require a team roster; however, the LOC reserves the right to request signed verification from a non-coach school administrator to confirm that all students are enrolled within the same institution.
Lightweight Health Certificate
Stotesbury is partnering once again with SRAA for Lightweight Certification. A single certification will cover both regattas.

The deadline for submission of the Stotesbury Cup Lightweight Certification Form is April 1st.
Waivers
USRowing waivers must be completed online via Regatta Central. Once completed, the online waiver applies to ALL USRowing registered regattas in 2026. To start the waiver process, log in to Regatta Central and click the 'SIGN WAIVER' link located in the 'My Roster' box.
No competitor will be allowed to race without a signed waiver on file. Coaches, note: Waivers must be executed by parents. Start early!
Entry Deadline
Entries (and payment) are due at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 5. After that date, late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Regatta Committee on a "lane available" basis through 11:59 pm on Friday, May 8. Line-ups are due at the time of registration.
USRowing Requirements
Organizational Membership
As in past years, the Schuylkill Navy's Stotesbury Cup Regatta is a USRowing sanctioned regatta.
Competing programs must be USRowing Organizational Members at a sanctioned regatta; and, all individual athletes must have signed the USRowing online waiver (ensuring that their Basic Membership is current). An alternative option for the program is to purchase a Regatta Pass, if they do not wish to join USRowing in 2026.
Exceptions:
- Schools with singles and/or doubles only are exempt from the USRowing Organizational Membership requirement. However, all individuals in exempt schools must be individual Championship Members of USRowing.
- International programs need not have USRowing Organizational Membership nor do their athletes need to be Basic Members, so long as their Memberships (Organizational and Individual) are active within the national governing body.

Scratch Fees
Given that Stotesbury categories are capped for several events, we are not able to offer a refund on Entry Fees for scratched boats.
